Tasks Manager

Introduction

This application has been developed to keep track of various tasks assigned to members of a project team, to business unit. Each user is assigned a team to which they belong and each task is assigned to a user. The task can be performed for a client and thus the option exists to generate memos to those clients on the progress of tasks being performed by the Branch / Team.

Product Overview

Linkages are provided to OranaSoft's Cost Control System and also to Microsoft Project. This allows easy transfer of information from those applications.

The system is basically an electronic To Do list that allows users to keep track of progress on each task over a period of time. It also provides a means of keeping track of Key Performance Indicator type information by assigning Sub-Groups to individual tasks. This information can then be reported on, either between two dates, or by comparing yearly totals of tasks falling into a particular sub-group.

This program is provided as is. While all care is taken to ensure the program’s suitability to the tasks intended, no responsibility will be taken should the user misuse the program, fail to capture all relevant information, or should the program fail to provide the information in a format expected by the user.
