Development of Priority Regional Infrastructure Strategy for this group of 17 Councils analysing Transport requirements, Water and other utilities to assist in lobbying for grant funds.

Project Management of the development of 6 comprehensive asset management plans for Water, Sewer, Drainage, Transport, Buildings and Open Space, covering nearly $1 billion in infrastructure
Development of an Asset Management Policy and Strategy
Project management and development of procedures / templates to enable Federal accreditation of Council's OHS System (Council received a Highly Commended Award from Workcover in October 2011 for the System).
Development of Project Management Plan, Asset & Operational Plan, Risk Management Plan, Procurement Plan and Quality Management Plan for mulit million dollar grant application

Specification and Contract documentation, calling quotations for central Kerb Islands
Development of Vegetation Assessment Package for sensitivity mapping on road corridors in Wellington, Gilgandra and Blayney Council areas

Development of first Road Network Strategic Plan in 2003, reviewed annually
Development of first Pathway, Recreational and Building Asset Management plans
Grant funding from Auslink ($2.1 million) and construction to seal 43km on Bylong Valley Way
Increased Council's capacity to undertake RTA work, moving from R1 to R2 and then R5 prequalification
Market Street main street improvement program including public consultation
New roundabouts at Short / Church Streets, Perry St / Byron Place, Perry St/Market St
